The 314,491-square-foot Pinole Retail Center is located just off Interstate 80 in the San Francisco Bay Area. It contains six separately ground leased parcels. Current tenants include Sizzler, Taco Bell, Burger King, Wendy’s and Chase Bank. The sixth tenant, Motel 6, provides a built-in consumer base for the center, creating a mutually beneficial relationship for all the tenants of Pinole Retail Center.
